Matt has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing sector.  He works diligently placing candidates across the country from technician level to senior level management positions. He has placed 100’s of candidates at over 80 clients throughout the country and continues to be a trusted advisor for his clients.

Matt started in the recruiting business with another local Philadelphia recruiting firm. Having worked there for 2 years, he decided to start his own recruiting firm in 2009 focusing on direct hire positions within the manufacturing space.  His leadership and dedication set Precision Personnel apart from competitors by providing a high level of service to his clients and delivering results. He is committed to helping clients by placing the best talent on the market.

Matt graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001 with a degree in Business.  He resides in Worcester, PA with his wife and 2 children.

Andrew has 12 years recruiting background joining Precision Personnel in January of 2012.  His specialties are positions at every level within Engineering & Manufacturing companies across the country.  Andrew prides himself on partnering with companies for the short and long term – striving to reach the same goals for their future. 

Andrew graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a degree in French & International Studies, having also studied in France & Spain.  He started in the Media Translation industry with his background in languages.  There was always the idea of partnering up with his brother Matt in a venture, and when the opportunity presented itself at the end of 2011, he jumped to join Matt in growing the company.  He still relishes the opportunity to utilize languages in any recruitment process.  He resides in Collegeville, PA with his wife and daughter.
